Design Notes

We used pQE60 as vector,so we design restriction enzyme site BamH I at 5' end and Bgl II at 3' end .

Epinecidin-1 is the genomic sequence for the skin mucus of Epinephelus coioides. We got this sequence from Academia Sinica.
